As it turns out, someone wants more people to hear it.

You can now also read “Oskar Minge. Every day.” in the opinion magazine Pressmania.pl.

Why? Because I wanted to share what I do, observe and try to understand. Today — this is a journal, after all — I met someone who said, “Come on, let's show this to more people.”

And that's exactly why it's worth starting something. It's hard to find an audience for thoughts you keep putting off until later.

To be clear: I don't write about politics. I have no party affiliation.

I'm interested in technology and what it does to our humanity. How it changes work, relationships, ambitions and the way we see ourselves. What it gives us, what it takes away, and whether, amid this race, we can still say where we're actually running.

I'll write about everyday changes and humanity's giant leaps. Including the ones headfirst onto concrete. Just because something is called a breakthrough doesn't mean you should jump in without a helmet.

I write as someone who works, creates, runs businesses and constantly has to learn. A rap fan, a collector of pop culture and anything with an interesting history. Sometimes inside a game box, sometimes recorded on vinyl.

No party affiliation. No pretence.
With the ambition to be the hardest-working person in the room. Though I could do with learning how to leave it sometimes.

Thank you to Pressmania's editorial team for the invitation and for wanting to expand my audience. It's a lovely discovery: you start doing something, and someone decides to open another door for you.

Of course, I'm writing this before I've even sorted out my author profile. I don't have my computer with me; all I've got is this wind-up phone. But I believe in the editorial team. Someone has to handle technology while I philosophise about it.

Oskar Minge. Every day.
Now also in Pressmania.
(Tomorrow I'll share the link to my page; today, a few articles are already up.)
