OSKAR MINGE / AI SPECIALIST · STRATEGY · CREATIVE WORK
Minge Studio is my studio for marketing, creative work and AI implementation. My name is Oskar Minge. As Marketing Director at Eva Minge, I combine experience in leading European brands with new technologies. I help businesses develop their communications, sales and team skills.

01 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE PROJECT

Hi, I'm Oskar. I like projects that make people say, “This will be difficult.” That's where the most interesting work begins.
I started at Sign Studio in Dallas, operating a saw and making Braille signs for hospitals. I learned design in early versions of Corel and even wrapped a police car along the way. Before leading marketing, I learned how things get made, from the ground up.
Nearly two decades of professional work have passed since those beginnings. Today, as Marketing Director at Eva Minge, I oversee communication for a brand where creativity meets business.
I also lead minge.studio and manage marketing for European brands. I bring strategy, communication, creative work and e-commerce together in a coherent approach tailored to each brand and its audience. I help companies organise their marketing, build recognition and grow sales across European markets.
When I was younger, I ran a recording studio. I produced over 40 albums by different artists, including seven of my own. Working on sound, lyrics and entire albums taught me to combine creativity with technical precision — and turn ideas into finished work.
I love electronics, gaming and new technology. I like discovering what's next, but I still return to retro worlds with nostalgia. Old games, consoles and music have a value for me that a release date can't measure. That curiosity connects my projects, from recording and collecting to marketing and artificial intelligence.
I studied law, then programming. I left the latter because I felt that, in a rapidly changing world, I would learn more by working on real projects. It seemed I was losing time while technology accelerated.
Today, the development of AI reinforces my belief that choosing practice and independent learning was worthwhile. In my work, a well-crafted prompt can be the starting point for solving a task that once required hours of programming. But ideas, understanding the problem and evaluating the result still matter. That's the approach I use in implementations and teach others.
Come with a finished brief, a difficult challenge or just an idea. We'll establish what really needs doing and turn it into a clear plan.
AI SPECIALIST / KNOWLEDGE IN PRACTICE

Artificial intelligence is part of my daily work. I use it to design, analyse, create and improve business processes.
I keep my knowledge up to date: following model development, testing the latest tools and exploring their capabilities through my own projects. What interests me is what we can actually do with them — and when they are worth using.
I collaborate with leading figures in Poland's AI sector. Sharing experience with people developing this field in Poland complements my daily practice and lets me test ideas against different perspectives.
I bring current knowledge, marketing experience and the ability to translate technology into concrete tasks to every client relationship. I choose solutions around the company's goals, team and way of working.

04 / WITHOUT UNNECESSARY COMPLICATIONS
What do you want to achieve, what isn't working and what's holding you back? You don't need a perfect brief.
We organise priorities and agree on scope, budget, responsibilities and how to assess results.
We deliver, check and improve. Clear agreements, regular updates and a shared goal.
05 / ASK ME DIRECTLY
You don't need a complete plan. We'll start by defining a goal and a sensible scope. I'll suggest work that fits your resources — sometimes a consultation, sometimes a single project, sometimes a longer partnership.
Yes. We can work on a campaign, strategy, creative assets, training or a specific implementation. Ongoing marketing support is also available.
Yes. We adapt the scope and pace to the participants. We can start with the basics or focus on more advanced tasks and team processes.
Yes. Many projects can be handled entirely remotely. If a project or training requires an in-person meeting, we'll agree on that when defining the scope.
Individually, once I understand the goal, scope and deadline. Tell me what you need and the budget you have in mind. That helps me propose an appropriate approach.
06 / BLOG AND OPINION
Technology changes work. I'm also interested in what it changes in us.
I recently began collaborating with the opinion magazine Pressmania, where I publish my series “Oskar Minge. Every day.” I write about AI, business, pop culture and the everyday life of someone connecting these worlds. From my own perspective, with curiosity and a sense of humour about myself.
